Description
Cascara (which means “husk” or “skin”) is the outer peel of the coffee cherry, which has been sun dried. It is brewed similarly to tea and tastes nothing like coffee.
This particular cascara comes from the Elida Estate in Panama and features taste notes of earthy rose hips, tamarind, and sweet hibiscus. The strength and sweetness of this drink will depend on your brew method and length.
